2.2 These Terms apply each time you access, log in to, or use any sg77 service. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 sg77 may require Players to affirmatively re-confirm acceptance of updated Terms at login if material changes have been made since the Player last accepted.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account or use any sg77 service. This requirement is consistent with the minimum legal gambling age applicable in the Philippines. sg77 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The sg77 Platform is primarily intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing sg77 is lawful in your jurisdiction. sg77 makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible from locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on sg77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual for any purpose — including circumventing limits or claiming duplicate bonuses — is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Prohibited Persons. sg77 employees, contractors, agents, their immediate family members, and persons who have been placed under self-exclusion are not eligible to hold an active playing Account.
4.1 Registration. To create an Account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a password, and any other information requested during the registration process. All information submitted must be accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 KYC Verification. sg77 requires identity verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. Acceptable KYC documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account restrictions.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. sg77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify sg77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Accurate Information. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.
5.1 Supported Methods. sg77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless a specific payment method specifies a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per payment method.
5.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited funds.
5.4 Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account Balance. sg77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Currency. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If a deposit is made in another currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing will apply and any conversion fees are borne by the Player.
6.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed from Accounts where identity verification is pending or has been declined.
6.2 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to the registered GCash or Maya account. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PesoNet) may take up to three (3) business days.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
6.4 Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and same as used for deposit where required. sg77 may require additional verification for withdrawal requests to new payment destinations.
6.5 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering conditions will result in the forfeiture of applicable Bonus Funds.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by sg77 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: wagering requirement multipliers, game contribution percentages, minimum odds requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods.
7.2 sg77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for genuine entertainment purposes and may not be used as part of a strategy to systematically extract value from the Platform.
7.3 sg77 may void bonus funds and any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other activity designed to circumvent bonus terms.
7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits outside the applicable wagering framework.
8.1 All games available on sg77 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules prevail with respect to that game.
8.2 All random outcomes in sg77 slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events (cards, wheels, dice) streamed in real time from professional studios.
8.3 In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disputed result, sg77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Balances. sg77's decision on disputed game outcomes is final and binding.
8.4 Winnings derived through the exploitation of software bugs, game errors, or any form of technical advantage that would not be available in a fair-play scenario may be voided by sg77.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.
10.1 All content on the sg77 Platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of sg77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any sg77 content without prior written consent.
11.1 sg77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sg77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 sg77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, payment delays, or game interruptions beyond sg77's reasonable control.
11.3 sg77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, less amounts already withdrawn.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by sg77's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 sg77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at sg77.biz/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 sg77 may share Player data with payment processors, KYC providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or to fulfil its obligations under anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines.
13.1 sg77 is committed to responsible gaming. Players must be at least 21 years old to hold an Account, in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements for online gaming in the Philippines.

13.3 Self-exclusion requests are permanent and irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. sg77 will not reinstate self-excluded Accounts before the exclusion period expires.

14.1 sg77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where sg77 suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.
14.2 Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, sg77 may forfeit any Balance held in that Account. Where closure is due to reasons not attributable to the Player, any verified Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following final AML and fraud review.
14.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact sg77 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within three (3) business days.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sg77's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 sg77's internal dispute resolution process requires Players to submit a written complaint to [email protected] before initiating any legal proceeding. sg77 will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) days.
16.1 sg77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
16.2 Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors and clarifications that do not change the substantive rights of Players) may take effect immediately upon publication.
16.3 It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
